The jersey has been created to support Jai as he fights motor neurone disease (MND), a progressive neurological condition that damages the nerve cells controlling muscles used for movement, speech, swallowing and breathing.
Based on the Titans’ 2020 alternate jersey, the design places Jai front and centre, honouring the heart and toughness that defined his NRL career. Featuring his main position, No. 13 and player numbers from the Broncos, Titans and Rabbitohs, the jersey represents three clubs united with the wider community behind him.
